   Lindsay currently has 15 years in the staffing industry where her primary focus has been centered around business development and Leadership roles.   During her time with Paydayz Staffing Solutions, she has had the privilege to create partnerships with a variety of clients throughout the Kansas City Metro that range from HR Management, Insurance, Clerical, Industrial and Manufacturing.  She enjoys strategizing with clients to find solutions for their hiring needs while working with each candidate to make sure it’s the right fit.

Recruiting Manager

Ashley has been a Resource Manager for Paydayz Staffing Solutions for over three years. With a background in hospitality and management, she brings the desire to succeed and a passion for helping others do the same. She enjoys the positive energy and solidarity that the Paydayz team promotes, and she is proud to be a part of it. Outside of the office, Ashley’s top priorities are spending time with her daughter and family. She also enjoys gardening, boating and tackling home improvement projects with her husband.

Special Projects Coordinator

  Walter is in his 3rd year with the Paydayz Staffing team. He is a retired Army veteran of 24 years and is pleased to continue serving people with Paydayz Staffing. Walter has a passion for providing his candidates with exceptional service and placing them in a great job that fits their needs. He will motivate you to do your absolute best. If you are looking for a job/career, Walter is the person you want on your team! When he is not working for you he enjoys spending time with his wife, two daughters and eating great food. He loves history, travel and on occasion a Tik Tok video.

Recruiting Trainer

  Amy has been a resource manager for two years. She has a way of filling a room with joy and laughter.  Amy is driven, hard-working, loyal and dedicated.  She will put in the extra effort even if it does not benefit herself, but helps the team.  She is able to bring a smile to her interviewee and help make someone’s day a little bit better. Spending time with her family is her top priority when she’s outside of the office. Amy has a husband, 3 children(set of twins) and a boxer puppy. Together, she and her family enjoy spending time with family and friends and making little adventures daily.

Resource Manager

Rachel has worked in the Staffing industry for over 5 years, working her way up from a Recruiting Coordinator to a Resource Manager with Paydayz Staffing. This experience and transition has given her a unique perspective on the recruiting process. She is honored to work as a Recruiter at Paydayz Staffing. Rachel works with a team who cares about each other and the work they do. She enjoys working at Paydayz Staffing because her hard work is appreciated. Outside of work, Rachel is a mom, a twin sister and a daughter. She loves spending time with her friends and family, lazy Sunday’s and watching  scary Netflix movies.

Onsite Resource Manager

Mike has been with Paydayz Staffing since 2019 and has a total of 3 ½ years of experience being an onsite employee.  He’s passionate about building client relationships, making sure the clients are happy and that things are running smoothly for everyone.  He is a diehard OU Football fan and enjoys taking his family to games.  He also enjoys spending time at the lake, making people laugh and coaching youth baseball.

Front Desk Administrator

Diana has 3 years’ experience in the Staffing Industry. After taking a break, she is happy to return to the field as a reliable administrative receptionist here at Paydayz Staffing. Diana is good at problem solving, multitasking and has great communication skills. She is bilingual in English and Spanish. She loves helping others. Diana is married, has a wonderful child and a beautiful Great Dane/Lab with the shiniest coat you have ever seen. She values family quality time more than anything in the world, but also enjoys watching Japanese anime/Korean dramas and loves to draw on her personal time.

Tabitha has worked in Customer Service for over 10 years, but recently decided on a career change. Helping people is her primary focus and Tabitha strongly believes working in the recruiting industry, she is able to do just! Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her son and her significant other while creating and selling handmade customizable jewelry. Tabitha is very happy to be a part of such a great company and team !

Ashten has been recruiting for over 3 ½ years now, starting with his fraternity Lambda Chi Alpha as the recruiting chair at the University of Central Missouri. After college, he fell in love with the idea of helping others when they truly need it most and went into staffing to be able to see others better themselves daily. When he is not at work, Ashten enjoys making music, taking spontaneous trips, hanging out with friends and going to concerts!

Kinsey has been supervising for roughly four years. She attended Southeast Community College in Nebraska for Agricultural Business Management. She grew up in the warehouse industry and brings to the team her passion for people and organization. She loves working for Paydayz and says, the family atmosphere is phenomenal. She loves helping the associates on site and finding people the right job! Outside of work, Kinsey enjoys spending time with her family and three dogs, trying new restaurants, sports, traveling, a good TV series and just being outdoors!

Denitzia has been in Customer Service for over 13 years. She attended Johnson County Community College and graduated as a Legal Interpreter. She is honored to call Paydayz her new home and be able to work with such an amazing hardworking team. Outside of work she enjoys reading, taking long road trips, and spending as much time as possible with her partner and 2 dogs.

Josh joined the team in the summer of 2022, bringing with him a strong background in communication and leadership. He has a passion for enriching the quality of life within a community and is thrilled to experience that same passion at Paydayz, where the work is not just about finding someone a job, but about fostering a community. In his first two years of recruiting, Josh continues to be inspired by the relationships he builds and the lives he affects every day. Josh shares his energy outside of work on the golf course with his father, spoiling his three cats and spending time with his significant other. Josh is originally from Atlanta, Georgia. Go Dawgs!

Sourcing Specialist

Cindy has been in the staffing industry for 4 years  (approx.) as HR assistant, customer service representative, and head of the billing department. She is happy to be back in the field after taking a break from the staffing industry. Cindy is Bilingual in Spanish and English., a mother of a teenage girl, and has two dogs. In her free time Cindy enjoys spending time with family and friends, outdoors, and all kinds of DIY projects .

Brian started with Paydayz Staffing early in 2023 and comes with many years of hospitality management, customer service and sales along with being an Army Veteran. Brian is driven to serve his clients and candidates in a manner that benefits all parties involved with building rapport and strengthening relationships. During his down time, he enjoys playing competitive darts, cooking and BBQing, watching sports and spending time with his dog, Vader.
