Branch Manager/Sales Representative
Lindsay started with Paydayz Staffing in 2014, where her primary focus has been centered around business development and Leadership roles. During her time with Paydayz Staffing Solutions, she has had the privilege to create partnerships with a variety of clients throughout the Kansas City Metro that range from HR Management, Insurance, Clerical, Industrial and Manufacturing. She enjoys strategizing with clients to find solutions for their hiring needs while working with each candidate to make sure it’s the right fit.
Ashley started with Paydayz Staffing in 2017 as a Resource Manager. With a background in hospitality and management, she brings the desire to succeed and a passion for helping others do the same. She enjoys the positive energy and solidarity that the Paydayz team promotes, and she is proud to be a part of it. Outside of the office, Ashley’s top priorities are spending time with her daughter and family. She also enjoys gardening, boating and tackling home improvement projects with her husband.
Special Projects Coordinator
Walter started with Paydayz Staffing in 2018. He is a retired Army veteran of 24 years and is pleased to continue serving people with Paydayz Staffing. Walter has a passion for providing his candidates with exceptional service and placing them in a great job that fits their needs. He will motivate you to do your absolute best. If you are looking for a job/career, Walter is the person you want on your team! When he is not working for you he enjoys spending time with his wife, two daughters and eating great food. He loves history, travel and on occasion a Tik-Tok video.
Amy started with Paydayz Staffing in 2019 as an Resource Manager. She has a way of filling a room with joy and laughter. Amy is driven, hard-working, loyal and dedicated. She will put in the extra effort even if it does not benefit herself, but helps the team. She is able to bring a smile to her interviewee and help make someone’s day a little bit better. Spending time with her family is her top priority when she’s outside of the office. Amy has 3 children(set of twins) and a boxer puppy. Together, she and her family enjoy spending time with family and friends and making little adventures daily.
Rachel started with Paydayz Staffing in 2020 as a Resource Manager. This experience and transition has given her a unique perspective on the recruiting process. She is honored to work as a Recruiter at Paydayz Staffing. Rachel works with a team who cares about each other and the work they do. She enjoys working at Paydayz Staffing because her hard work is appreciated. Outside of work, Rachel is a mom, a twin sister and a daughter. She loves spending time with her friends and family, lazy Sunday’s and watching scary Netflix movies.
Onsite Resource Manager
Mike has been with Paydayz Staffing since 2019 and has a total of 3 ½ years of experience being an onsite employee. He’s passionate about building client relationships, making sure the clients are happy and that things are running smoothly for everyone. He is a diehard OU Football fan and enjoys taking his family to games. He also enjoys spending time at the lake, making people laugh and coaching youth baseball.
Front Desk Administrator
Diana started with Paydayz Staffing in 2022. After taking a break, she is happy to return to the field as a reliable administrative receptionist. Diana is good at problem solving, multitasking and has great communication skills. She is bilingual in English and Spanish. She loves helping others. Diana is married, has a wonderful child and a beautiful Great Dane/Lab with the shiniest coat you have ever seen. She values family quality time more than anything in the world, but also enjoys watching Japanese anime/Korean dramas and loves to draw on her personal time.
Kinsey started working with Paydayz Staffing in 2020. She attended Southeast Community College in Nebraska for Agricultural Business Management. She grew up in the warehouse industry and brings to the team her passion for people and organization. She loves working for Paydayz and says, the family atmosphere is phenomenal. She loves helping the associates on site and finding people the right job! Outside of work, Kinsey enjoys spending time with her family and three dogs, trying new restaurants, sports, traveling, a good TV series and just being outdoors!
Denitzia started working with Paydayz Staffing in 2021. She attended Johnson County Community College and graduated as a Legal Interpreter. She is honored to call Paydayz her new home and be able to work with such an amazing hardworking team. Outside of work she enjoys reading, taking long road trips, and spending as much time as possible with her partner and 2 dogs.
Cindy started working with Paydayz Staffing in 2022. She has experience as an HR assistant, customer service representative, and head of the billing department. She is happy to be back in the field after taking a break from the staffing industry. Cindy is Bilingual in Spanish and English., a mother of a teenage girl, and has two dogs. In her free time Cindy enjoys spending time with family and friends, outdoors, and all kinds of DIY projects .
Erika started working with Paydayz Staffing in 2023 as a Resource Manager and comes from a customer service background with close to 10 years of experience. She has been in the staffing industry and recruiting for about 3 years. She is dedicated to helping others and going the extra mile in order to help them succeed. She is grateful for the opportunity to work with Paydayz and is looking forward to creating personalized solutions to help meet client and candidate needs. Outside of the office Erika enjoys cooking, binge-watching the latest shows, spending time with her son and attending his sporting events. She also likes to travel when she can and watch basketball and football.
