Resource Manager

Daniela started working with Paydayz Staffing in 2023 and has several years of customer service experience. She has always enjoyed being able to help others. Daniela is bilingual in English and Spanish. She is dedicated, motivated and likes to work hard. Daniela loves to cook and work out on her free time and is always looking for opportunities to improve herself.

She is excited for the future at Paydayz & hopes to grow within the company.  In 2024, Daniela was promoted to Resource Manager. 

Selling Branch Manager

Scott started working with Paydayz Staffing in 2022 and is the selling branch manager in the OKC location. He has over 15 years in the staffing industry. Scott excels in the light industrial side of the business. He is also an Army veteran. Scott has been married for 14 years and has a 13 year old son. They enjoy wrestling, football, and fishing.

Silvia started working with Paydayz Staffing in 2024. She has 8 years of experience in the trucking and logistics industry, with 3 years focused on recruiting. As a bilingual recruiter fluent in English and Spanish, Silvia is passionate about helping people transform their lives through meaningful career opportunities. Her ability to connect with a diverse range of candidates ensures that language is never a barrier to finding the right fit. Outside of work, Silvia enjoys spending time with her family. Whether they are exploring the outdoors, trying new activities, or simply relaxing, family time keeps her focused and motivated to continue making a positive impact in the lives of others. Silvia is proud to call Wichita, KS her home and is grateful for this opportunity to help others.

Stephanie started working with Paydayz Staffing in 2024 and has several years of customer service, as well as healthcare. She enjoys helping others and feels accomplished when she can get someone the help they need! Stephanie loves to be with her kids and enjoys every moment she can with them. She hopes to become better each day and grow within the company.
