Onsite Resource Manager

Rebecca started working with Paydayz Staffing in 2020. She has expert knowledge in short term placements, long term placements, temp to hire, as well as direct hire staffing. Rebecca is a retired Air Force Master Sergeant and brings to the team dedication and a desire to see people achieve their full potential. She enjoys the positive energy that the staffing industry provides along with the job satisfaction that helping others find meaningful employment provides. She enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.   

Front Desk Admin

Sarah started working with Paydayz Staffing in 2024. She loves spending time with family and friends, drinking coffee, cuddling with her cats while reading a good book, enjoys kayaking and spending time outdoors during the summer.  

Resource Manager

  Emilie has been with PayDayz since 2024. She has several years in customer service and 4 years in light industrial and healthcare recruiting. Emilie is bilingual in English and French. Helping others is something she is always looking forward to. Emilie is very grateful for the opportunity to work with Paydayz. Outside of work, she loves spending time with her three amazing kids and friends, watching movies, and cooking.

Yaser started working with Paydayz Staffing in 2024 as the Missouri Sales Manager. Yaser brings to Paydayz Staffing Solutions a wealth of experience in Territory Sales and Business Development Management, characterized by a steadfast commitment to delivering tangible results. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated a keen ability to drive revenue growth and elevate market presence for esteemed companies operating within the Kansas City region. Yaser's hallmark lies in his adeptness at cultivating enduring client relationships, underpinned by a dedication to understanding and fulfilling their unique requirements.

His expertise spans across the light industrial, manufacturing, and professional staffing sectors, where he has consistently excelled in devising tailored solutions to address clients' staffing needs. Yaser collaborates closely with clients to comprehend their challenges and aspirations. He uses a consultative approach to create optimal solutions for his clients. 

  Resource Manager

 Nickolas started working with Paydayz Staffing in 2024 as a Resource Manager. He was born and raised in Kansas City, Missouri. Nickolas has been working in the recruiting industry for the past 3 years. In addition to his professional endeavors, he also serves as a High School and Youth Sports Official, primarily officiating basketball and volleyball games in the local area on both sides of the state line. Furthermore, Nickolas is the proud father of an eleven-year-old. son.

 Jarique started working with Paydayz Staffing in 2024 as a Resource Manager. He hails from Memphis, TN, and has been diving into the staffing and sales world since 2022. Jarique graduated from Texas A&M University-Kingsville with a bachelor's degree in finance, giving him a solid grounding for his career. When he’s not working, Jarique loves to travel and is a huge basketball fan, always ready to catch a game or explore new places. His passion for connecting with people really shines through in what he does!
