Rebecca started working with Paydayz Staffing in 2020. She has expert knowledge in short term placements, long term placements, temp to hire, as well as direct hire staffing. Rebecca is a retired Air Force Master Sergeant and brings to the team dedication and a desire to see people achieve their full potential. She enjoys the positive energy that the staffing industry provides along with the job satisfaction that helping others find meaningful employment provides. She enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.

Allison started with Paydayz Staffing in 2026. Allison’s professional journey is rooted in service and growth. With more than 15 years of experience spanning logistics, sales leadership and customer support, Allison’s career has been shaped not just by results—but by her passion for helping clients find success through support in quality and high performing teams. What truly sets Allison apart, however, is her mindset. She approaches challenges with optimism, creativity, and resilience, viewing obstacles as opportunities to learn and grow. She believes that a positive perspective isn’t about ignoring difficulties, it’s about facing them head-on with curiosity, accountability, and confidence. Her business philosophy is simple but powerful: when you invest in people, the results take care of themselves.  Outside of work, Allison brings the same dedication and integrity to her relationships with family and friends. Known as a reliable backbone within her circle, she thrives on supporting others, offering guidance, and being someone people can consistently depend on.
