Vice President 

Matt Phar serves as the Vice President of Paydayz Staffing and is passionate about building strong relationships with clients, employees, and the community. Since helping launch the company in 2006, Matt has remained committed to creating a people-first culture focused on growth, teamwork, and exceptional customer service.

Outside of work, Matt enjoys spending time with family and supporting community involvement and company events.

President 

Kathy Phar is the President and co-founder of Paydayz Staffing. Since opening the company in 2006, she has been dedicated to building a people-first organization focused on strong relationships, exceptional service, and creating opportunities for both clients and employees.

Kathy is passionate about helping others succeed and takes pride in the positive culture and community involvement that define Paydayz Staffing.

Human Resources

Joined Paydayz Family: 2007 

Jenny earned her Bachelor’s degree from Mid-America Nazarene College in 2009 and brings over 20 years of experience in Human Resources, Payroll, and tax filing.

She enjoys helping others and loves being part of the Paydayz team. She is actively involved in community service through the Gardner American Legion Post 19 Auxiliary. Outside of work, Jenny enjoys spending time with her family, grandchildren, and friends. She loves the outdoors, especially camping, fishing, boating, gardening, and relaxing at the beach with her husband. She is also an animal lover and adores her dogs and cats.

Accounting Manager

Joined Paydayz Family: 2012 

Cherie plays an important role in managing the company’s financial operations. Over the years, her responsibilities have continued to grow alongside the company, and her strong problem-solving skills have contributed greatly to the organization’s success.

Outside of work, Cherie enjoys spending quality time with her children and grandchildren. She also loves DIY projects, yard work, and staying busy with weekend home projects. 

Payroll Manager

Joined Paydayz Family: 2015 

Jennifer plays an important role in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing while providing exceptional service to both candidates and clients. She is dedicated to creating a positive experience and takes pride in supporting others through her work. Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys spending quality time with her family and exploring her creative side through DIY projects and art.

Operations Manager

Jointed Paydayz Family: 2017 

Lana started her career at Paydayz Staffing as a Front Desk Administrator and quickly advanced into her current role as Operations Manager. She supports multiple areas of the organization and is passionate about problem-solving, improving processes, and providing exceptional service to employees, clients, and candidates. Outside of work, Lana enjoys spending time with her fiancé, kids, family, friends, and dogs.

Payroll Coordinator

Joined Paydayz Family: 2019 

Allison serves as a Payroll Coordinator and takes pride in helping ensure payroll operations run smoothly and accurately. She is always willing to support her team and is known for her helpful, team-oriented attitude.

Outside of work, Allison enjoys spending time with her dog, Tesla, her cat, Phee, and her family and friends.
