Lindsay currently has 15 years in the staffing industry where her primary focus has been centered around business development and Leadership roles. During her time with Paydayz Staffing Solutions, she has had the privilege to create partnerships with a variety of clients throughout the Kansas City Metro that range from HR Management, Insurance, Clerical, Industrial and Manufacturing. She enjoys strategizing with clients to find solutions for their hiring needs while working with each candidate to make sure it’s the right fit.
Resource Training Manager
Brit has worked in human resources and recruiting for over 5 years, 2 of those years have been with Paydayz Staffing. She has recruited for various jobs such as Customer Service, IT, Accounting, Sales, Warehouse, Management, HR and more. Brit has her MBA, with a concentration in Human Resources. She enjoys problem solving and finding innovative solutions for clients and candidates alike. Brit loves working for Paydayz because they offer growth opportunities, a positive, hustle-style work environment, immense support, personally and professionally. Outside of work, she likes to further her education, spend time with her family and watch Chiefs football!
Amber has worked for Paydayz Staffing Solutions for 5 years. She has been in the staffing industry for more than 7 years. Amber graduated from Ottawa University with a degree in Business Administration. Amber’s experience, education, and desire to help others makes her an asset to the recruiting team!
Ashley has been a Resource Manager for Paydayz Staffing Solutions for over three years. With a background in hospitality and management, she brings the desire to succeed and a passion for helping others do the same. She enjoys the positive energy and solidarity that the Paydayz team promotes, and she is proud to be a part of it. Outside of the office, Ashley’s top priorities are spending time with her daughter and family. She also enjoys gardening, boating and tackling home improvement projects with her husband.
Walter is in his 3rd year with the Paydayz Staffing team. He is a retired Army veteran of 24 years and is pleased to continue serving people with Paydayz Staffing. Walter has a passion for providing his candidates with exceptional service and placing them in a great job that fits their needs. He will motivate you to do your absolute best. If you are looking for a job/career, Walter is the person you want on your team! When he is not working for you he enjoys spending time with his wife, two daughters and eating great food. He loves history, travel and on occasion a Tik Tok video.
Amy has been a resource manager for two years. She has a way of filling a room with joy and laughter. Amy is driven, hard-working, loyal and dedicated. She will put in the extra effort even if it does not benefit herself, but helps the team. She is able to bring a smile to her interviewee and help make someone’s day a little bit better. Spending time with her family is her top priority when she’s outside of the office. Amy has a husband, 3 children(set of twins) and a boxer puppy. Together, she and her family enjoy spending time with family and friends and making little adventures daily.
Rachel has worked in the Staffing industry for over 5 years, working her way up from a Recruiting Coordinator to a Resource Manager with Paydayz Staffing. This experience and transition has given her a unique perspective on the recruiting process. She is honored to work as a Recruiter at Paydayz Staffing. Rachel works with a team who cares about each other and the work they do. She enjoys working at Paydayz Staffing because her hard work is appreciated. Outside of work, Rachel is a mom, a twin sister and a daughter. She loves spending time with her friends and family, lazy Sunday’s and watching scary Netflix movies.
Genesis has always been passionate about helping others. It brings warmth to her heart. Paydayz Staffing helps her accomplish that feeling every day by providing employment opportunities to the community. She is grateful to work with such an amazing team at Paydayz.
Genesis is also a mom to a 6-year old handsome boy who is her motivation. She is a very family-oriented person. Outside of the office she loves to spend time watching movies and cooking out at the lake. Covid-19 unfortunately has slowed that down, but that definitely makes her cherish the moments more than ever.
Onsite Resource Manager
Mike has been with Paydayz Staffing since 2019 and has a total of 3 ½ years of experience being an onsite employee. He’s passionate about building client relationships, making sure the clients are happy and that things are running smoothly for everyone. He is a diehard OU Football fan and enjoys taking his family to games. He also enjoys spending time at the lake, making people laugh and coaching youth baseball.

Matt has been in the staffing industry for 5 years after a short career as a High School English Teacher. He studied English Literature and Creative Writing at the University of Missouri in Springfield. He has two children in elementary school and was born and raised in Lee’s Summit.

Kinsey has been supervising for approximately two years. She attended Southeast Community College in Beatrice, NE for Agricultural Business Management. She brings to the team her passion for people and organization. She loves working for Paydayz and says the family atmosphere there is absolutely phenomenal. Kinsey enjoys spending time with her family and her son. She has a strong passion for the outdoors whether it be riding her horses, hunting, fishing or archery.
Jessica has worked in the nursing field for 12 years and recently chose to learn how to help people on a different level by joining the Paydayz team. In her free time, she like to soak up the sun at the lake with her friends and watch silly tik-toks with her 6 year old daughter. Jessica is very eager to learn a new trade and grow with such a wonderful company.
Jennifer has worked in Human Resources and Recruiting for the past 8 years. She started in HR and over the past 5 years she has been Recruiting for various companies in different fields. Jennifer feels that, after you hire a candidate for a specific job, that does not mean your “job” is done! Jen believes in maintaining a relationship with the candidate on a professional level well after the candidate has been placed!
Jennifer has 3 children and 3 grandkids and enjoys spending time with family and friends. Jennifer loves writing and currently has finished a feature screen play in hopes to someday have it viewed on the “Hallmark Channel.” Jen’s moto is “Never Give Up on Your Dream, You Make it Happen”
Tara has been in the pharmacy business for over 6 years, first as a clerk- working her way towards being a certified technician. She recently decided she needed a change of pace and goals to work toward and decided to jump into staffing! She has an Associate’s degree in Business Administration from Southwestern Community College in Iowa. Outside of work, she loves spending time with her girls (3 of them!) and her husband- as well as playing softball and cheering on the Iowa Hawkeyes.
Rebecca has been a Resource Manager for 1 year and has been in the staffing industry for over 6 years. She has expert knowledge in short term placements, long term placements, temp to hire, as well as direct hire staffing. Rebecca is a retired Air Force Master Sergeant and brings to the team dedication and a desire to see people achieve their full potential. She enjoys the positive energy that the staffing industry provides along with the job satisfaction that helping others find meaningful employment provides. She enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.
Koa started her professional career as a Border Patrol Agent for 8 years and has transitioned over the past 6 years as a Senior Recruiter. Her goal and purpose in life has always been focused on service and being of service to anyone and everyone, especially in her community.
As a Resource Manager at Paydayz, Koa is humbled and grateful for the opportunity to serve our community and fulfill her personal and professional goals. She loves working for Paydayz because they are a family unit. The environment is filled with kind, supportive, positive, engaging and productive family oriented people.
Outside of work, Koa loves spending time with her family, especially being a Boot Camp Mama to her kids (16 year old son and 19 year old AIRMAN daughter) and a loving Dragon to her husband.

It broke our hearts to lose you, but know you did not go alone
For a piece of us all went with you the day God called you home
You have no more sickness, no more sorrow, no more grief
Now knowing you're holding Harlow in your loving arms will give us a sense of peace
This doesn't take away our broken heart, sadness or grief, this will forever remain
