Paydayz Staffing is a locally owned, regional staffing agency, focusing on light industrial, temp-to-hire staffing. With the opportunity to also work in the customer service and direct hire areas, there is a lot of potential for career growth and versatility. Due to growth, we are currently looking to hire 1 recruiter to our highly successful Kansas City, Missouri branch.
Responsibilities:
- Source candidates for various jobs, through Indeed, social media outlets, referrals, and other creative alternatives
- Schedule interviews with prospects, sending onboarding, utilizing Bullhorn
- Conducting interviews, including administering an oral drug screen, any client specific documentation, I9s, initiating background checks, etc.
- Responsible for the management of different accounts - customer service, conflict resolution, upselling, and more
- Building a pipeline of qualified candidates
- Taking care of new start process, coaching sessions, and terminations
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- 1 year of recruiting experience, agency HIGHLY preferred
- Experience with various ATS, Bullhorn highly preferred
- Ability to work Saturdays as needed for busy season
- Ability to conduct on site check ins, no earlier than 6:45am, Monday-Friday
- A working knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications, i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
